Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera holds American citizenship and was born under the Leo sign on August 15th 1994. Her work in the fitness industry is popular. While Ashley hasn't spoken too much about her parents, she has acknowledged her grandfather for the genesis of her desire to work out, as the bodybuilder was popular during the 20s and 30s of his life. Ashley began swimming at age four. In the following 10 years, she continued to take classes. Although she entered several competitions but she was not dedicated enough to stick to the right diet to allow her body to perform the best it could. In high school she gained a lot of attention for appearance and physique. There is no evidence that she may have dated anybody during this period. Ashley decided to focus her efforts to become a fitness instructor and model following her graduation. Ashley was just 15 years old when she began to be unhappy about her body. Her dad encouraged her to go to the fitness center. She followed the advice of her grandfather to start with a slow pace. What she didn't know was that she would spend nine years shaping her figure before becoming an exercise idol. Invigorated by her win Ashley took part in her first competition at 2014. WBFF Las Vegas World Championships and won seventh place she felt energized to feel that she had suffered an undeserved defeat, and decided to work out even more. Ashley won the fifth spot in the WBFF World Championships in 2015. Following this she decided not to compete again. As she continued to compete in competitions she received offers of photography shoots. She didn't want to combine her careers. After she retired from competing and quit the sport she started working as a fitness model. An acclaimed fitness magazine featured her on its cover, which immediately launched a career for fitness models. In the past, she gained a lot of attention as a model. She posed for many bikini and clothing brands.
